Wedding at Fishermans BayGarden

Andy & Rupert

Eloping isn’t about running away, it is about running toward what truly matters. Just two hearts, standing still in a world that keeps rushing by. Capturing love like this isn’t just about photos, it’s about preserving the feeling. The way they held each other, the way their eyes sparkled through happy tears, the way they laughed like no one else was watching. These are the moments that matter.

The waves crashed, the wind whispered, and in that perfect moment, two souls became one. Tears fell as vows were spoken, carried away by the salty breeze, no grand venue, no crowded guest list, just raw, unfiltered love against the endless horizon.

The Fishermans Bay Farm is just 20 minutes drive from the historic French settlement of Akaroa and is a haven in the rugged and dramatic landscape of the Banks Peninsula coastline. The garden is at its best in late spring and summer, though the strong focus on evergreen New Zealand natives and the garden’s beautiful setting means it has something to offer all year round.
